Thoracic Roll

The thoracic roll is one of the most powerful tools to restore function and mobility into the thoracic (middle back) region, which is where the ribs attach to the spine.  The thoracic spine is of the most rigid parts of the body when the posture becomes compromised.  

Performing exercises on the thoracic roll help to increase breathing capabilities, improve posture, and increases motion in the spine.
