The wobble seat is one of the best investments you can make for your health.  The wobble seat is designed to put your spine through a full range of motion, and warm up (move blood in and waste out of) the muscles and ligaments that attach to the spine. 

The wobble seat is also valuable in helping to rehydrate the spinal discs through specific movements.  After the age of 23, our spinal discs have no blood flow to them and need movement to pump good fluids in and wastes products out.
