The SpineMedÔ Decompression Table is designed to decompress herniated discs in the low back and neck and has been clinically shown to be an effective treatment for low back and neck pain.  To learn more about how the SpineMed works, take a look at this video.

For over a year, we have been using SpineMed Decompression therapy, along with a unique muscle and ligament rehab protocol to treat patients.  The target is restoration of form and function of the three primary spinal regions (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar).

While the type of patient we’re talking about is generally in a lot of pain and often considering surgery, SpineMed Decompression therapy will almost always get these people to a point where their pain is reduced enough and their function is increased enough that they can embark upon our unique rehab protocol.

The rehab protocol is specifically targeted at paraspinal soft tissue rehabilitation that is uniquely capable of rehydrating discs and paraspinal tissue.  THESE ARE NOT TRADITIONAL NOTIONS OF REHAB OR STRENGTHENING, but very specific protocols to restore regional and segmental form and function based on a SPINAL SYSTEMS perspective, true “core” rehabilitation.

DISC FAILURE is a segmental or localized effect of spinal “SYSTEMS” failure.  It is clinically inappropriate and physiologically inaccurate to simply regard a disc herniation as a localized event.
